I am Edgardo Donà, Fly Fishing World Champion in the Individual category and with the Master Team. With over 40 years of dedication and passion for sport fishing, I have lived every moment with this sport in my heart and blood. My journey in the world of fishing began in 1984, and in 1994 I joined the national team for the first time, and since then I have pursued my dream of reaching the top step of the podium with determination.

Throughout my career, I have specialised in nymph fishing, perfecting this technique to achieve excellent results. However, I have never neglected dry fishing, a discipline that I practise with great passion. My commitment to casting technique led me to obtain the prestigious EFFA casting instructor's certificate in May 2005, a recognition that attests to my competence and my role as an expert in the field.

In addition to my career as an athlete, I have contributed to the popularisation of sport fishing by making numerous videos dedicated to fishing and bait construction. These videos have been broadcast on the Sky Channel and Hunting and Fishing, giving anglers around the world the opportunity to learn new techniques and strategies.

My experience is not only limited to practice, but also extends to training. I offer customised lessons and courses covering all fly fishing techniques, from reading the waterways to nymph fishing and dry dredging casts. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced angler, my goal is to help you reach your full potential and perfect your skills.
